"I was recently in an accident that was no fault of my own with an uninsured driver. I am not an employee of State Farm and what I can tell you is the service I got from Kyle Wallace‘s office was nothing short of responsive, courteous and amazingly helpful. I was prepared to chase down the person who rear-ended us when thankfully I called Kyle‘s office and they told me to forget everything, they were going to take care of it….. as that’s what I paid them for. They continued to set up a rental car service that was at no cost to me and all the way through the repair they were with me every step of the way. I would recommend Kyle Wallacecand State Farm to everyone after this experience."

"Disengaged, disingenuous and nonresponsive. Kyle Wallace is an excellent representation of State Farm. Avoid doing business with him and this company at all costs. An accident that I was not at fault for has to date cost me over $1000. The positive reviews are fake, written by current employees. You know what’s not a covered loss? When you take your vehicle to one of their Select Service Providers and that provider damages your vehicle. Say hi to Griffin - he gave you a glowing review. He also answers the phones."

"Kyle and his team are efficient, caring, and go above and beyond to meet the needs of their clients.
